Beast of Reincarnation Fertilized Eggs: Collector Item or Food?

The current Steam Community interactive-map guide lists Fertilized Egg as one of the valuable or progression-related objects in Beast of Reincarnation. Its FAQ says a Fertilized Egg can be hatched inside the Cleanse Walker rather than used as a food ingredient. That is the key distinction for players searching whether an egg belongs in the kitchen or the Walker’s collection loop. The note comes from a player guide, not the official Steam store description, so verify the interaction in your build.

How to track an egg safely

1. Use the Steam interactive map and enable the Valuable or regional collectible layer.
2. Note the zone and landmark before travelling to the marker.
3. Collect the egg, then check the Cleanse Walker for the hatching interaction.
4. Keep Fertilized Egg progress separate from the seedling checklist and ordinary food notes.

The map guide also lists Fertilized Eggs alongside Facility Modules, Electronic Brains, Generator Devices, and Walker decorations. That placement is why a completion run should maintain a valuables list instead of treating every object as a crop or combat reward.

Reward and location boundaries

Neither the Steam store page nor the global achievement page publishes a complete Fertilized Egg count, exact reward table, or universal location list. This page deliberately does not invent one. If you find a new egg or a different Walker interaction after a patch, record the game version and update the player-source boundary rather than presenting one save’s result as official.
