The current Steam Community interactive-map guide reports 30 Keeper Golems across all 12 regions. It describes them as ancient rusted machines that you interact with rather than enemies you defeat, and connects finding all 30 to the Finders, Keepers achievement. That count and route are player-maintained data, not a number published on the official Steam store page, so use it as a live checklist and confirm each interaction in your own save.
How to track Keeper Golems
- Open the Steam Community interactive map and select the current region.
- Enable the Keeper Golem or Rusted Golem filter rather than every collectible at once.
- Visit one marker, interact with the machine, and mark it complete in your own notes.
- If the marker is missing, moved, or uses a different name after an update, keep the screenshot and report the issue to the map author instead of silently treating the marker as official data.
The Steam achievement page confirms the existence of Finders, Keepers by name, but does not publish a location list. That is why this page links to the player map rather than copying unverified coordinates into a permanent article.
What not to assume
Keeper Golems are not the same thing as Campsites, Wayside Shrines, Control Panels, or Bulkheads. They appear as different filters on the map and should be tracked separately. They also are not the same as the Generator Devices, Electronic Brains, or Memory Chips used in the Cleanse Walker upgrade guide.
If you are pursuing all achievements, keep this list separate from the complete achievement checklist. A full achievement page includes hidden story and boss entries that cannot be solved by collecting Keeper Golems alone.
