Beast of Reincarnation Early Amber & Technique Point Farm
Player-tested Chapter 1 Amber and Technique Point farm in Beast of Reincarnation, with the Ogouchi Buffer Zone map, campsite position, and upgrade tips.
This Beast of Reincarnation Amber farm comes from a real player route, not a guessed drop table. Steam Community author Mr.White reports that the campsite setup produces 3 Technique Points and 150-180 Amber in about 10 seconds and can be reached near the beginning of the game.
There is an important evidence boundary: we have translated the route, checked its four original screenshots, and cross-checked the region against a separate launch guide, but we have not independently timed the loop in-game. Treat the yield as a player report that may vary with damage, aim, difficulty, patches, and the time spent in the campsite menu.
The original screenshots use Russian UI. They show the Kanto region, the Ogouchi Buffer Zone, the firing position, the recommended Homing Shot branch, and an optional homing-projectile Spirit Stone. The map screenshot was taken on a later return at level 25 even though the author says the location itself is available from the start.

| Optional speed upgrades | Homing Shot branch; a homing-projectile Spirit Stone later in the game |
Technique Points are the skill currency also described as Skill Points in some English-language guides and videos. Amber is the general upgrade currency. If your goal is weapon or projectile enhancement, remember that Amber is only one half of progression: later enhancement levels are also gated by the Cleanse Walker upgrade materials.
Where to find the campsite
Open the Kanto map and select the Ogouchi Buffer Zone. The Steam guide’s current-position marker sits on the western side of the map, southwest of the large central lake and close to the outer edge of the explored area. Use the shape of the roads, water, and nearby icons in the screenshot rather than relying on a translated camp name.
A separate Game8 launch guide identifies Cliff Facing Tower in Ogouchi Buffer Zone during Chapter 1 as one of the best early Amber locations. That independently supports the zone and early-game timing, but it does not by itself prove that Game8 and the Steam author used the identical checkpoint. The map above remains the precise source for this route.
The campsite loop
- Activate the campsite shown on the map. Rest once so the nearby enemies are present and your checkpoint is set.
- Turn away from the fire and step backward twice. This is the original author’s instruction for reaching the firing angle.
- Stand on the railway platform and face the enemies ahead. The hero image at the top of this page shows the exact view: rails under Emma, rock walls on both sides, and the target group beyond the railing.
- Use a ranged weapon to kill the group. Do not run into the camp unless your damage is too low; the value of the spot is that the targets can be engaged immediately from beside the fire.
- Check both counters before resetting. Confirm that Technique Points and Amber actually increased on your version and difficulty.
- Rest at the campsite to respawn the enemies, then repeat. Resting respawns enemies in the surrounding area, which is normally a trade-off but becomes the reset mechanism here.
The source’s 10-second claim assumes a clean kill and a fast reset. If your first attempt takes longer, do not force the published number. Run ten cycles, subtract your starting counters from the ending counters, and divide by the real elapsed time. That gives a useful personal rate instead of a theoretical one.
For the rest of the opening route, including the dodge roll, parry resources, and when to stop farming for exploration materials, use the first-hours priorities guide.
Why the firing position matters
The campsite is close enough that resetting does not require a travel route, while the railway platform gives a direct line of sight into the group. The player’s screenshot shows a ranged lock at 36 percent and multiple enemies standing in the same narrow lane. That geometry is more important than any single weapon: a missed projectile costs more time when the whole method depends on killing before leaving the camp.
If the route is unreliable on your build, check these variables one at a time:
- Stand in the same rail-centred position instead of firing from beside the shelter.
- Aim at the closest target first so homing or piercing follow-up shots stay inside the group.
- Upgrade ranged damage only until one cycle is consistent; do not spend every point chasing a benchmark from another player’s save.
- Make sure the campsite rest actually respawned the group before timing the next cycle.
- Compare reward counters over several loops because individual Amber drops may vary inside the reported 150-180 range.
This is a resource loop, not a substitute for learning the combat system. The beginner’s guide explains why parries, FP, entanglement, bloom arts, and elemental weaknesses still matter once you leave the farm.
Optional upgrade: Homing Shot
Mr.White recommends investing in the Homing Shot branch to make the kills faster. In the supplied skill-tree screenshot, the selected upgrade activates from a ranged hit and creates additional homing, piercing shots. The displayed level shows six penetrations, with the next upgrade increasing that number to eight.
Do not delay the route until you can copy the screenshot exactly. The original guide presents Homing Shot as a speed improvement, not an access requirement. If your normal ranged attacks already clear the group reliably, bank the points for the build you actually use.
Optional later setup: homing-projectile Spirit Stone
The fourth source screenshot shows a Spirit Stone whose translated effect is ranged projectiles home in on enemies. The displayed stone is level 2, with the effect scale running from low homing at level 1 to full homing at level 5.
This stone should not appear in an “early farm requirements” list. The author found it at the start of Chapter 3, well after the Chapter 1 campsite becomes available, and did not provide a deterministic drop location. Use it if your save already has it; otherwise run the basic version and continue the story.
What the evidence does and does not prove
The evidence directly supports the location, the firing position, the player’s reported reward range, the Homing Shot recommendation, and the optional stone effect. It does not prove that every platform or patch always awards the same amount, that the stone is guaranteed in Chapter 3, or that this remains the fastest endgame farm.
The safest way to use this route is as an early boost: buy the movement or combat skill you need, fund the next practical enhancement, then return to exploration. Farming Amber cannot replace Generator Devices, Electronic Brains, or Memory Chips when the Cleanse Walker level becomes the real upgrade gate.
